Great Bottles
These bottles are great! I use them for pumping and also temporary milk storage. They’re easy to wash and also easy to warm up milk in. I find the measurements to be pretty accurate, which really helps me know exactly how much I’m using.

Perfect Spectra S1 collection bottle replacement
This is the best option for replacing your collection bottles for the Spectra1 or 2 breast pump. I needed to replace the bottles and could not find an in store option. Amazon has a lot of options (which I ordered and either didn’t like the quality or the description was confusing and didn’t work) but this one works best! It actually works better than the original bottles. Save your time and just order these.They measure ML and ounces. There is a click lock to secure it shut. I have had no problems with leaking. I found this new design easier to clean and easier to transfer milk.

Solid bottles for pumping and storage
I purchased extra bottles to go with my spectra S2 pump. These are great for pumping and storing pumped milk in the fridge or for travel for three main reasons.1. The lids make a great seal, so I don’t have to worry about leaks.2. The plastic is a high quality. Breast milk is high fat, so the milk separates (with the high fat cream floating to the top). This often will stick to the inside of the bottle so can get wasted. If you swirl the milk, you can get the fat to unstick and mix back into the milk much more easily with these bottles compared to others with cheaper plastic. (Note that it helps to warm the milk then swirl regardless of which brand bottle you use). The spectra bottles are also thick enough to feel durable.3. The shape is GREAT. Milk doesn’t get stuck in the lip (other bottles have a sharp bend near the neck of the bottle, so I lose a few mIlliliters of milk every time). Also, The bottle is wide enough that it tips over less often when connected to the heavy pump tubing.The only bad thing is that the volume markings in the bottle are not super accurate and almost impossible to read. Plus I still haven’t figured out what the lowest marking labeled PP stands for!

Occasionally leak
I use these religiously. Constantly washing and sanitizing. They hold up well for something that is constantly refrigerated then heated (cleaning). I like how accurate the measurements are but they have leaked in my pump bag a few times which has been frustrating. I did try with water after tightening the lid to make sure it wasn’t just from a loose lid. Now I just make sure they can’t tip over in my bag

We got these as sterilizing the first two was a hassle. This allows a bigger break in steralising between pumps and has probably paid for itself in electricity saving.However, the bottle teats are fine but honestly you may want to buy a different brand if you’re only buying this to feed the little one. Mine seem happier on other brands.

These bottles with the 0-3 slow flow teats are hands down the best bottles we’ve found for newborns. After finding the teat so much more successful than other ‘newborn’ bottles from other more known brands two more of my new Mum friends who were having issues with wind or bottle acceptance have borrowed and had just the same success. You do need to be careful of cap, always clockwise or it can cause the bottle to come away and leak but once you realise it’s easy to mitigate and well worth it.
