Our Recommendations
These nipples are particularly recommended for parents of premature babies or infants requiring a very slow, controlled milk flow. They are a good match for Similac 2oz ready-to-feed bottles. To avoid issues like leakage or nipple collapse, ensure you do not overtighten the nipple onto the bottle. Regularly inspect for wear. If your baby requires a faster flow or you consistently experience leakage, you might explore other options.

Conclusion
The nfant Slow Flow Nipple is a specialized feeding solution offering a consistent, slow flow ideal for premature infants and babies needing careful pace control. Its wide compatibility and reusability are strong benefits. While some users experience leakage or flow inconsistencies, proper attachment and its specific flow rate make it a valuable option for its target users, providing a safer, hospital-trusted choice.

    Perfect fit
Fits the medela breast milk bottles perfectly and the ready to feed bottles for a newborn. Was reusing the disposable ones from the hospital but these are much better.

    Perfect for My Baby—Highly Recommend!
I’ve been using these pacifiers with the ready-to-feed formula, and they’ve been working wonderfully for my baby. The flow pace is just right—not too fast or too slow—making feeding times smooth and stress-free. My baby has taken to them without any issues, and I’ve noticed fewer spills and better comfort. It’s clear these pacifiers were thoughtfully designed. I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to other parents!

    Has helped feeds immensely!
After bringing my NICU baby home I found that the original bottles I bought are too much for my preemie so I have been using smaller bottles from the NICU as well as the similac ready made formula bottles and they fit all of them ! A great replacement for the one time nipples that you can buy. The purple works great for my 3 week old.

    Leaks!!!!
We tried it on the Enfamil bottles and they leak profusely. I don’t know if my baby drank any formula at all or if all of it leaked out!!! His clothes were completely drenched. I took off the nipple, rescrewed it on several times, and tested holding the bottle upside down, but it still leaked every time the baby sucks on it. Extremely terrible!!!!!

Compatible with hospital/NICU breast pump bottles
These are reusable and are compatible with the Medela breast pump bottles from the hospital. Highly recommend purchasing these if you come home from the hospital and run out of the disposable bottle nipples that the hospital/NICU usually provides. Great value for the money.

    Didn’t work for us
Our newborn (2 weeks old) collapses these nipples and then the vent holes leak all over. He also doesn’t seem to be getting enough flow, but we cannot tell if that is because the nipple is too soft or if the holes are too small. He was preferential to the enfamil disposable nipples due to some time in NICU, so we tried 3 different nfant flow nipples to replace those (purple, gold and silver) but none are working for us.
