Cute but has issues
First of all, the hat is way too small in relation to the dress. I told my little granddaughter the hat was for her dolly and she was happy it matched her dress. Good save, Grandma! Whew! Another thing is the way the chest area is made, the middle kind of flops over in front but not in a good way. I also wasn’t completely sold on the feel of the fabric. I bought her little purple jelly shoes to match and didn’t have time to return the dress and find something else so I went with it.
