The outfit comes just as pictured. I love how it fits my child! My only complaint is the bow. I’d much rather have a a bow that is elastic, like a headband. The bow is just a string of fabric, almost reminds me of a belt. It’s not easy to tie this around a babies head, so it’s useless for me.
