Favorite bottles and nipples
We have used Medela bottles and nipples for years. They are the brand our babies like best. This was a great find and they work well.

Love these. Not slow flow in my opinion
Love these. However. I would not say they are slow flow. Which is fine for me – others may care. I may think this because I was using breast feeding nipples before these. I’m not versed in all different types of bottle nipples. I just think these work well because they go right on my pump bottles. Less dishes. And my baby had a weak latch in the beginning so the flow was good for her little mouth and the shape seemed to be good for her. We had no nipple confusion with BF whatsoever. But definitely more of a glow compared to the advent bottles we tried first that she rejected.

Perfect replacement nipples
I kept the Medela bottles we used for our first child, and ordered these to replace the old nipples which were too old to reuse.Fit perfectly, and baby #2 has had no complaints! Works for breastmilk or formula just fine.

Not as slow as expected
I purchased these nipples along with some other brand nipples. These nipples are rated at 0, however they did not perform like a 0 feed nipple. When my newborn suckled if they were not pace fed they would take in too much milk and cough/choke. Now that my baby is older these work great. But if you’re looking for a very slow flow nipple this might not be it.

Don’t buy for infants
These nipples flow way too fast to use on infants. I bought with the intentions of saving on bottle washing. (Thinking I could attach this to the bottle I directly pumped into), however, these are too WAY to fast (even though they say other wise) for my one month old. I still unfortunately have to transfer my milk to a different bottle to feed. Worth a shot!

These slow-flow nipples are perfect
Despite negative reviews (some of which I suspect are ‘trollers’), these nipples fit perfectly inside the wide-base Medela rings I have with no space to spare. You do have to twist and fold them a bit to get them inside, but I PROMISE THEY FIT. It’s a secure fit, too, so when I tested the nipple out without a bottle attached, there was no gap. Also, it’s worth noting that you don’t want to screw the cap on the bottle too tightly, or the nipple might get bent out of shape because of air pressure. Tight enough that it won’t leak, but not strong-man strength.Speaking of the testing phase (which seemed to be an issue to some posters): if you fill the nipple and cap up with water or milk, squeeze it to get the flow going, and hold it upside down, of COURSE the flow isn’t ‘slow’ but the second you tilt it, bottle attached or not, so that it mimics the angle at which you’d feed your child with, the flow is sluggish and perfect.I don’t have any issues with these nipples. I suspect they’re going to work perfectly for my son, they’re easy to get in and out, made of great quality material, and are SLOW FLOW.

Perfect for our new baby!
The medela slow flow nipples are easy to use and compatible with a lot of different bottle types (Dr. Browns, instant formula, etc.). We appreciate that they don’t leak and our baby has better paced feedings. We purchased a few spare because the value of having a few extra clean nipples in the middle of the night can’t be beat!

These are absolutely not compatible with all Medela breastmilk bottles and should not be sold on SG platform ! Unbelievable!on top of lack of transparency and terrible customer service (rude), the seller is incapable of owning up to his wrongdoings. Clearly I am not the only one who got fooled. It’s so easy to amend your title and product description and make it clear that those nipples are ONLY compatible to US Medela Breast Milk Bottles with wider necks. that would have been the caring and transparent approach.
