Perfect
I will recommend this to any mother/parents /grandparents who ever ! I previously had one that got lost .so I ended up buying this again 2 years later for my new baby .no other baby camera on the market was going to get my money . I made sure I had the same one ! You can be in another state and watch the camera from your phone ! The picture quality is by far my favorite.its easy to use too.. the app its self allows you to control the movement of the camera too.& so much more. 10/10

Not reliable
Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi or the app so. It is rendered useless most of the time. Sound machine has same issues. Waste of money.

These cameras dont work.
I purchased these cameras in June 2023, immediately we noticed one of the two cameras was defective not responding at all to the pair button on the back, after trying all the troubleshooting nothing worked. Three months later the second cameras is now doing the same thing. No response to pairing, and not working. This product is junk, and the fact that the customer service is only email and they want you to send a video of their product not working instead of just replacing it is despicable.

I really appreciate the quality of this cameras picture. I can see my two daughters from outside while I smoke and I know it’s not healthy to smoke but it is nice to have peace of mind about it when I do!

I have had the Hubble Connected Nursery Pal Premium for over a year now and it has been absolutely amazing. Great range and absolutely love the app!! I even use the cameras to watch the dog when he’s home alone and we’re at work lol. Excellent customer service too!! Could not figure out how to updated a new parent unit so I could have spilt screen for both of my kiddos, they emailed me back same day, we got it figured out the next day! it was super easy and they were super helpful. Definitely recommend!! Great picture quality, battery lasts all day even on full sound and full brightness!

Never actually got it working. – Read Reviews this product does not work. Avoid Hubble
Did not ever actually pair. Emailed the help line from the company. They told me basically to do what the app told me to do offering me no real solution for my issues. Cameras would not pair. One would not even enter into pairing mode. Spent WAY too much time trying to get it to work. Finally gave up and returned it. Bought another brand and it worked out of the box. AVOID. Read the other reviews. No one seems to have any luck with hubble products.

Not worth the money! Horrible Picture
Well, this thing is crap!THE APP: Hard to use and is slow, The picture quality is horrible, grainy and looks like a Computer from the 70’s.The stand that the camera is attached to only adjust so far so you are very limited on adjustment. I’m going to put this in all caps because it’s a big one IT DOES NOT PAN UP OR DOWN ONLY ZOOMS and that sucks too. The zoom is difficult to maneuver and the the picture takes a while to adjust.THE MONITOR SUCKS!! The screen is bad, grainy, and kept moving to the other camera that wasn’t hooked up. The sound lags so bad that it’s almost not worth it.To say the least it’s getting returned.

This is our favorite, it has a free phone app as well as the ability to do 2 screens. Very easy to set up with wifi. I would recommend. My baby dropped the parent unit and it would not work without the charger for a while, but then it fixed itself somehow after a month and started working fine again. We didn’t need a replacement.

DO NOT PURCHASE!This company has the worst customer service! I have sent (2) email and still have not got a response after 2 weeks. I start using this 3 months after my son was born and now, the monitor will not connect to cameras. For the price I paid I would expect better! AMAZON stand by products you sell and stop allowing customers to be ripped off. I want to be contact and return this product.
