Better for baby, environment, and your wallet
After looking at a couple brands of glass bottles, I finally decided on these. EvenFlo is a pretty popular brand, so attachments/nipples/etc are readily available at the store. I decided on glass bottles with my second child because of all the issues I had with plastic with my first. The main reason I decided on glass bottles was because of all the horrible things you hear about plastic I thought it was worth looking into it. It’s better for the environment, dishwasher safe, easier to sterilize in boiling water, and it doesn’t hold in that soapy taste from washing. These also fit my Medela breast pump, and I think it would fit most other breast pumps, too. It was always an annoyance when my dogs would chew up the plastic ones if I left the baby bag on the floor with them in it. Not a problem with glass! I thought these would be fragile, but I have dropped them before and they didn’t break. I would definitely recommend these. They are great bottles and after looking around I think it’s a very good price as well. They also last forever and retain a very high resale value. Definitely something to consider!

    Classic good!
If I ever were to buy bottle again, I would only purchase these.I wish I had never gotten any of my plastic ones! These evenflow glass bottles clean easier stay nicer and each bottle comes with a ring, tight fitting cap (which my daycare requires) and a little plate you can put in instead of the nipple, which is great if you use them for pumping and storing breast milk.If used in a bottlewarmer, they warm up more evenly and faster than the plastic ones. They fit the Medela PIS without a problem as well. We do not use the nipples that came with them, but any regular nipple will probably fit – we use Gerber NUK.I have been using them daily for about 6 months now and never had a bottle break or chip (though they have fallen a couple of times) and they show no wear at all.And they will not leach BPA into your baby’s milk. Yay!

Perfect size for bf baby and crunchy mom
I like the nipples of these bottles as they encourage hood latch for breastfed babies. My boy accepted these bottles and I also love the size as a breastfed baby will almost never take more than 4-5oz at a feeding anyway. This size makes it easier for baby to hold compared to the 9oz bottles evenflo. No leaking as well. On our next baby these will be the only bottles we will get and I say this after trying almost all bottles on the market. We tried all the sample kits and individual bottles both glass and plastic and these are my fave as a crunchy mom.

    Classic, Sturdy
These are great bottles. I used them from day one until 6 months old. The only reason I don’t use them anymore is my daughter is interested in holding her own bottle sometimes now and plastic is easier for her to hang onto because it’s lighter. I love the glass bottles though because they keep the milk cool longer, important when pumping at work and using one of those little coolers. And they heat the milk up faster when placed in a warm water bath. They’re very sturdy – I’ve dropped them several times and they haven’t cracked or chipped. These come with nipples and the covers. I highly recommend these.

    Great bottle, bad nipple
The bottles themselves are great. Love the glass option. They clean easily, very durable, ounce marking are clear and easy to read. The nipples are not great. They are not the same that come in the 8 ounce glass bottles (which are great). The plastic cap part that attaches to the bottle is very thin and feels cheap. We have used other evenflo or dr browns caps instead. The glass bottles attach to my medela pump or my spectra with a wide to narrow adapter. Love pumping into these bottles. That are a great size. Not too big to weigh down the flanges.

    Excellent!
We LOVE these glass bottles. I have dropped these all over the place and never one has broken. Though, I have yet to drop one outside on the pavement. My daughter had a hard time with the natural rubber nipples at first (when she was less than one month old). She wasn’t strong enough to work it and ended up swallowing a lot of air causing colic. YUCK! So, we switched to the silicone for about 2 or 3 weeks (easier to pull the milk through), so she learned how to get her milk more easily. Then we switched back to the natural rubber nipples, no excessive gas problems since. Also, we were screwing the rings on too tightly, so we had to loosen those up a TINY bit to allow a little air in when she sucks. I love that they aren’t terribly expensive. Babies and kids are expensive enough, so I was thankful to be able to find something I felt comfortable with that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. We have 6 4oz and 6 8oz, for us that’s more than enough bottles for our now 5 month old. If you are worried about the weight, they are heavy in comparison to a plastic one. Our DD is beginning to figure out how to hold and grasp them. We have to help her, but it’s no big deal to me.

Great bottles – work with medela caps – but nipples suck!
These are simple glass baby bottles. They’re not fancy, but they have no nasty chemicals. I know that the plastic bottles are now all BPA free, but who knows what chemical they’ll discover next year that’s been leeching out of our plastic and poisoning us all this time. These bottles are compatible with my medela pump and can take the same lids, which is convenient. However, for a breast-fed baby, even these so-called slow flow nipples are way too fast, and caused my baby to choke. I bought Dr. Brown’s nipples, which work great. I now have these in 4 oz and 8 oz sizes.
