Expensive but good
These are very high quality bottles. No leaking and minimal burps from my baby.Be aware, these are not basic bottles. These take a bit more to put together, and to possibly lose or break. Here are the things required to make a bottle. A dr brown bottle has 5 pieces that have to be put together to make a bottle, whereas most other bottles have 3. Those extra parts are what help with gas, etc. It is a bit of a pin when it comes time to wash in the dishwasher, because you have to take apart all the parts and they then take up a lot of room.The other thing to be aware of is that when feeding, some milk goes up the little blue tube that sticks down, so when baby is done eating, be sure to tip right side up, and another .25 ounce will come out of that tube. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The nipple collars cannot function with other bottles, because they have a half inch gape where one of the extra pieces fits. The nipples are pretty universal. All in all a good, high quality bottle.

Crack the seal if you use a bottle warmer
Dr Browns take a bit to get used to, they’re by far the most complicated bottle I’ve ever seen, there’s like 5 or 6 parts to them. Also, this is a big one, if you use a bottle warmer make sure to crack the seal!! the “snorkel” in the middle will actually push the formula up and out the nipple. This will fill the bottle warmer (which is a glorified hot plate) and smell to high heaven. This can be stopped by just cracking the seal so the pressure can be released. All in all they’re good bottles though.

Great bottles to reduce air
I love these bottles. My daughter was getting too much air with other bottles and I read that these bottles would help reduce the air going in and it has been amazing. My daughter would cry every time she would drink a bottle but now she has no issues. I did read some reviews about leakage but my bottles have not leaked at all. It also comes with a brush for the tiny spot to be cleaned.

Superior to Avent Natural Flow
I’m currently exclusively breastfeeding my 4-week old, but need the occasional bottle to bottle feed. I originally purchased the Avent Natural Flow bottles – these bottles (even with the lowest flow nipple) seemed to flow extremely fast! My baby chugged her bottle then was horribly gassy the rest of the evening. I purchased these Dr. Browns bottles after my sister recommended them (I did not purchase initially because of all the extra parts – I thought they would be a pain to wash). I soon realized the extra parts were there for a reason. My baby burps instantly once she takes a break from using this bottle and does not experience the painful gas she did before. I’m never using a different brand bottle again! Highly recommend.

Leaky!
They have tons of little pieces and are difficult to fully clean. They also leaked a ton! We ended up switching to Como Tomo and have had much more luck with those.

Great for PediaSure bottles
I have a son with special needs who is over 2 and cannot eat solid foods.he has his days since they when I brought him home from the hospital and now we actually use the nipples and the top part of the bottles and displacing on to the PediaSure bottle with Stephanie makes it convenient

Only bottles that help our baby
Our baby has GER so we tried these bottles to see if it would help with less gas getting into her stomach. There was a noticeable improvement from the other bottles we were using. Our baby would collapse the nipple on the Medela bottles, but does well with these. The level 1 nipple was still too fast for our baby, so we tried the preemie nipples and that worked really well for her. There are a lot of parts, but it’s not terrible to wash. It’s worth the extra 5 minutes of washing if it means our baby spits up less.

Great Product, Just Not a Fan of the Raised Ounce Lines
I purchased this set because it is the 4th set of bottles I have tried for my son. They work marvels, I love them. His spit up has decreased so much since we starting using Dr Brown Bottles.I would give this set 5 stars but I am not really a fan of the way the ounces are displayed. It makes it hard pouring water to mix the formula into the bottles a little difficult at night when you are tired. To help with this, I took a marker and drew a line on top of the raised ounces line at every 2 ounces. So if this was like my other Dr Brown bottles that have the dark blue lines it would have had 5 stars.
