Our Recommendations
This mini crib is highly recommended for parents seeking a safe, affordable, and compact sleeping solution, particularly for smaller living spaces or as a secondary crib at a caregiver's home. Its sturdy build and included mattress offer great value. While generally well-received, consider airing the crib out upon arrival due to potential odour reports and potentially evaluating the included mattress for desired comfort level.
Conclusion
The Delta Children Gio Mini Crib is a practical, safe, and budget-conscious choice for families needing a smaller crib. Its compact design, included mattress, adjustable height, and strong safety credentials make it appealing. While praised for ease of assembly and sturdiness, prospective buyers should note the mixed reviews on mattress comfort and the possibility of an initial chemical odour. Overall, it represents good value for those prioritising space and safety on a budget.

Sturdy
Absolutely adorable, sturdy and perfect fit! The mattress isn’t terrible. Hardware was provided (they even give a pack of little extras incase) and assembly was super easy. Way more comfortable and thicker that his pack n play. I really like how much lower it is than others, he’s not climbing out if this anytime soon 🤣

It is prefect for my space
This mini crib was easy to put together although the instructions were not very specific (mainly pictures) It looks fantastic! The size was just what I needed too.

Gorgeous!
This mini crib is so pretty! Nice and sturdy. Was pretty easy to put together, I would recommend two people, but I was able to put it together by myself. I bought this for my newborn as she is currently sharing a room with her 18m old brother who has a full size crib and wanted to spare some room. The size of it is so nice, I even put my 18m old in it while I was changing his sheets and he had plenty of room. Wishing I would have just done a mini crib for him also.

Really nice~ super cute
My daughter’s baby who is 5 months old was in a bassinet and has a nursery, but she wasn’t ready to put him in a large crib in another room alone. He began to roll over. the bassinet was not big enough any longer for him. I searched and found this mini crib. The mattress although 2 1/2 inches was just a plush and firm as his crib mattress. After her and her husband put it together, she called me and said that it was so adorable! She studied interior design and is a hard sell on things that are approved by her taste. She said, why did I even get a bassinet? This is so much better! It’s the size of her pack and play and the mattress actually fits inside the pack and play perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise because she can now use the mattress if she travels or needs him to sleep elsewhere, without a hard surface of his pack and play, but still use the pack and play for travel. It fit perfectly next to her side of the bed and he slept very comfortably. This was a great purchase and so beautifully designed. I highly recommend this mini crib~ rather than a bassinet. It will last you much longer and isn’t that much larger, again, the size of a pack and play. Perfect!

Nice modern compact crib, not sure about toxins
This crib is ideal for small spaces and moves easily for room-to-room transport. Sleek, modern design, easy assembly. Our almost 1 year old is still sleeping in it, he’s 30” and 20 lbs and fits comfortably. Sleeps well at night and for most of his naps. A few cons to consider:-depending on the size of your baby, they’ll most likely outgrow it by year 1, ideally if you’re going to get this crib, use it in place of a bassinet to get the most use out of it-toxicity: as some reviews stated, there was a really horrible smell coming from the crib and mattress upon opening. I wasn’t comfortable leaving my baby on the thin and smelly mattress and ended up buying a new organic mattress which is much thicker and more comfortable for my son, and didn’t have a strong smell like the Delta mattress did. I’m also concerned about the overall toxicity level of this crib especially since my son chews on the sides when he stands in the crib. I’d consider this a major factor in your buying decision since it’s not greenguard certified.-quality: it chips and scratches/dents really easily. Not the highest quality. Also, why put the warning stickers on the front? They’re extremely difficult to take off, that’s just a personal gripe.Overall recommend for the size, ease of assembly and transport. Do be wary of the toxicity and keep in mind it scratches easily, especially if teething babies chew on the sides.

Best mini crib
I don’t often leave reviews but this crib is amazing. Was super easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself in 30 minutes. It’s sturdy and seems durable. I did use a different mattress but the one that came with it seemed fine. I had bought another crib on Amazon that had a horrible chemical smell and scratched so easy so I sent it back. This one does not. Other reviews said the mattress smelled but I did not take that out of the plastic. It’s a really cool modern vibe and will fit my sons western nursery theme.

Perfect fit
I needed a mini crib big enough for my toddler but small enough to fit within the bottom bunk of a triple bunkbed since he isn’t ready for sleeping on his own in the bunkbed yet. After pouring over reviews & checking the dimensions of several mini cribs, this was the only one that met our needs at a reasonable price. It shipped quickly, much faster than the estimated 3-4 weeks. It was very quick & easy to assemble with clear instructions. I appreciate the extra hardware was included in a well labled zip bag separate from the hardware needed for assembly. Once the mini crib was assembled, it felt quite sturdy. The included mattress is decent though we may upgrade to a thicker mattress in the future.Time will tell how well this mini crib holds up but so far I am very impressed.

Space saver!
This crib was so easy to put together. I Love the color. It was such a game changer. We foster children and have to have babies in our room. Down sizing from a regular crib to this made such a big difference and saved us so much space without compromising comfort for our babies!
