Great baby monitor & Great Customer Service
Great clear view, big screen, clear sound, easy functions, durable, especially the plug connector, truly a great product.I had a Motorola model for several years, cost three times as much. Plus the cable connection broke on the motorola that I had and also broke on another newer motorola model my parents had. I wish I had this Babysense from the start.*** Update Review – The monitor started having issues in which it would not stay on. This occurred just short of a year of owning it. I went to the baby sense website with my issue and was contacted the very same day that they would be sending me a new one. Short and sweet I love it. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful. Can’t wait to get the new monitor as I really enjoy this product.*** New Monitor was sent so I plugged it in and was back in business! I’v had it a couple months with no issues. Super happy the warranty and customer service was such a breeze!

Bad product, Great support
I’ve had this monitor for several months now. We needed a monitor with two cameras (kids in different rooms) and I prefer a split screen viewer. This model has both. Below are cons, pros, and summary.CONS:- The “pan” button on the viewing device does not work properly, and turns spastically and randomly when you try to adjust the camera. I have spent so many tedious minutes of my life trying to get the stupid camera pointed the right direction because when I press the buttons, it moves in random directions as though possessed. Also there’s a lag in response to pressing buttons of about 1-5 seconds depending on the monitor’s mood.- The sound auto-adjusts to an arbitrary noise level in the room (different every time). There’s an “ECO” setting which is supposed to do this as well, but even with that setting off, the monitor auto-adjusts the sound level. What this means for me is that when my toddler turns on his ocean sounds sound machine every night, the monitor auto adjusts the noise level to an arbitrary place, causing a LOUD static noise to occur every 2-10 seconds when the ocean wave peaks out the monitors auto settings. It also means that frequently my son has been awake and visibly talking on the monitor and I can’t hear him because the monitor has self adjusted.PROS:- Support was stellar. Ravit wins all the awards for emailing back and forth, researching my issues, and eventually even sending me a new monitor to replace this model!! Go, Ravit! If this was a review of Ravit, it would be five stars.- the picture quality is good.- it has a lot of bells and whistles if you’re into that: lights (which turn on by some mystifying combo of clicks on the monitor unit and/or the parent unit), music, temperature reading (which is never accurate), etc.SUMMARY:If you need a monitor to have functional sound, or if you have a child that moves at all and you’d like to still see them when that happens, then this is not the monitor for you. Also, Ravit needs a raise.

This company will not stand behind its products, so if it breaks, it’s on you. I have had this camera for 6 months and at first one camera stopped working and just played audio and now the other camera has gone black. I reached out to both this retailer on Amazon and the company itself and both are refusing to support or replace. This Amazon retailer won’t support you after 30 days, which is absurd. Most people buy these cameras before their babies even come, so in some instances, you won’t have even tried it out and you already can’t return it.The company, Baby Sense, was even more frustrating. They also refuse to stand behind their own product and told me to buy it again with 15% off. Their website has 20% off, so frankly, it’s such an insult. Why would they expect you to purchase from them again when they won’t support you?Customer service aside, it’s also worth noting that the night vision is atrocious. It feels like the iPhone4. Our last camera was light years ahead of this one. You can also only hear audio from one camera/one kid, so if you have kids in different rooms, you actually have to choose which one you want to hear.Definitely give this a pass and support a company who will actually support you back.

If you are in Canada, do not purchase this product.I purchased this camera in June 2022 and the parent unit (screen) broke just after the 30 days mark. The reseller would not assist in providing a new unit or refunding because it surpassed the 30 days and babysense would also not help because they do not ship to Canada.Overall very disappointing that the monitor broke so early as well as the lack of support afterwards. Poor quality monitor even when it was working.

La vision noctura y calidad de image son excelentes! El volumen es muy claro tambien y se puede subir o bajar segun lo necesite. La camara del bebe es super practica de mover, me la puedo llevar a donde vaya a estar mi bebe. Sin duda lo volveria a comprar.
