Great monitor and even better customer service
We turned to BabySense when our previous camera and monitor combo broke and the company had gone out of business. We’ve loved the video and sound quality. The circular cameras take a bit of getting used to and strategic positioning to follow our active toddler’s independent play time. When one of the camera’s motors stopped working, BabySense was quick to get a hold of on the phone, worked through some troubleshooting, and sent a replacement camera via Amazon by the next day. With another kid on the way, we have no question in our mind that we’ll be adding cameras to the BabySense system.

Clear imaging and easy to use
I had a Motorola baby camera previously and this baby camera and monitor just went beyond the previous product. The imaging is in color during the day and gray scaled at night while remaining clear for both, the wide range view of the camera is accurate, and the settings of the monitor are overall helpful. The audio when I speak to my child from another room is slightly muffled, but never too far and it helps that my voice can be heard momentarily. This camera is amazing nonetheless and I highly recommend it

Great Camera
Love the large size of the screen. Camera quality is great, very clear picture in day light and at night with the night vision. Battery life is great. Very easy to set up. Definitely worth the price! Live the night light function as well for the nursery. Over all great baby monitor and camera. Definitely recommend !

Great monitor with one major flaw
I wanted to love this monitor. The picture is clear, two way talk works great, the parent unit seems sturdy, and unfussy USB-C charging ports. Unfortunately, the lack of background noise reduction renders this monitor unsuitable for my needs. One of my kids sleeps with white noise on, the other sleeps with music on. Without noise reduction on the monitor, both cameras register as putting out loud noise continuously. There is no way for the parent unit to automatically switch over to whichever camera is louder when a child is crying or talking because of this. The SCAN feature works to capture the audio in both rooms, but we parents cannot sleep with the monitor constantly switching between the background white noise and music in my kids’ rooms. If your kids don’t use music or white noise, this monitor will suit your needs! Unfortunately I will be returning.

Excellent.
Picture quality is top-notch. It’s not a “budget” product in my opinion, but very worth it. We bought this to replace one of those cheap cloud-based cameras that we use to monitor our cat when we’re away. Problem with that is that it takes a bit to load the app, was failing to connect 3 out of 10 times, and worst of all is that the video goes thru some server somewhere in China. I don’t mind somebody spying on our empty house with our cat in it but I do very mind somebody spying on our baby. Local is the way. This monitor is practically unhackable and video never leaves the house (technically it does a bit since the range is fantastic). Excellent picture quality and night vision, connects immediately once you turn it on. Very very worth it.

I absolutely love this camera! I get to watch both my babies at the same time. And it even shows the temperatures in the rooms. Picture quality is great and also has night lights and sounds you can choose from for their liking. Battery lasts long!

Love this monitor
I’ve had this baby monitor for about 2 months now. It replaced my Eufy monitor that repeatedly broke and I had the worst time dealing with customer service trying to get it replaced. When my Eufy monitor broke again I decided to buy this one instead and I’m so glad I did! It works great, the picture quality is awesome, the screen is huge, and all for a good price. Last week I noticed a large spot in the middle of the monitor, almost like a water spot under the screen that couldn’t be removed. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new monitor that day and was delivered in 2 days! This company has the best customer service!

Pretty good, needs more control
After owning this baby monitor for 6 months I can say I would buy it again (great screen, good user interface and very easy to set up, works locally without an app, great battery life – 24 hours on a charge) but I would like for a little more control: the volume is controlled by button on a scale of 1-7, and with all the white noise machines we use, the lowest setting still relays the sound of the white noise machines in our nursery making the monitor too loud. I’d like for another notch or two on the volume scale. That and I don’t have control over what the camera uses during night vision as the middle tone – sometimes the reflection on my son’s crib bars, which are white, shows too bright when I am trying to look past to see if my son is still down. When our night routine is done the last thing I enjoy is going back into my sons room to readjust the camera.

I am keeping this baby monitor because it is ok, and I don’t have the energy to test a bunch of different brands/models. I wanted a video monitor that wasn’t connected to Wifi or my phone. This was recommended to me by a friend who was dissatisfied with other monitors she had tried. I was previously using a Wyze Pan Cam. For the price, I expected this monitor to be far superior in every way. Sadly, it is not. It covers the basics but falls short on all of its advertised premium features. See below.Pros:- Nice packaging- Easy set up- Monitor has a large screen with a menu that is easy to navigate.- Good sound detection on camera and loud speaker on monitor.Cons:- Compared with the Wyze camera, the overall picture resolution and night vision are inferior. The zoom function is not very useful as it is grainy with little contrast. I cannot see my baby’s chest rise and fall.- Temperature gauge is not accurate when camera is wall-mounted. It is 2-3 degrees C higher than the crib temperature.- Clock gains time (about 15 minutes per week) and has to be reset regularly.- White noise feature is not loud enough with poor sound quality, tinny and scratchy. Still using a dedicated white noise machine.- Battery does not last the whole day, even when only checking the screen for a few seconds here and there. It also takes about 8 hours to fully charge. I have to plug it in overnight. The cable has a box on it (not sure the function of this) which is heavy and awkward.I cannot speak to the following features as I have not used them.- microphone- split-screen (I only have one camera.)- long range (I live in a small apartment.)- customer service (It has been working perfectly for over a month.)Although I admittedly have not done the research, there must be less expensive monitors on the market that have basic functions with comparable quality. This monitor sadly does not meet my expectations for my purposes. Perhaps, if you have different needs, it will be just the ticket for you and your family.
