Customer support was fantastic
I could not figure out how to use the scanning feature and so I contacted customer support and they helped my husband and I in a timely manner. With 3 cameras to scan through, this was the winner once we were able to solve the conundrum.. picture quality is the best out of several brands. We also liked the non wifi feature of the product because we often lose internet but as long as we have power, so do these. Zoom feature is a plus and does not get too grainy like other brands. Night vision is clear as day. A little pricey for 3 cameras but worth it.

Split Screen, volume for only one screen.
Great baby monitor, love the split screen for two babies. However, you have to choose one screen for volume. You can alternate screens for volume, just can only choose one at a time in order to hear a crying baby. So you need to keep an eye on the other screen for movement. Quality of video/picture is great even in dark room.
