The Philips Avent Anti-colic nipple flow 1 is our slowest flow nipple, which is great for newborns and breastfeed babies learning to drink from a bottle. The anti-colic valve integrated in the nipple is designed to keep air away from your baby's tummy to reduce colic and discomfort. As your baby feeds, the valve flexes to allow air into the bottle to prevent vacuum build up and vents it towards the back of the bottle. It keeps air away from baby’s tummy to help reduce colic and discomfort. The nipple shape allows for a secure latch and the ribbed design helps prevents collapse for uninterrupted, comfortable feeding. The anti-colic nipple is made of flavorless, odorless, soft, silicone that resists discoloring and stickiness, a BPA free material. Philips Avent Anti-colic nipples are available in different flow rates, to keep up with your baby’s growth. We recommend replacing nipples every 3 months for hygiene reasons. Worth the money!!

Good flow but too fast for newborn
These #1 nipples are made well and are easy to clean. However, I feel they are still too fast for my newborn. I tried to use them when she was 2 weeks old and milk was pouring out the sides of her mouth. I tried them again at 6 weeks and it’s the perfect flow for her.

These are super perfectly and fit with the Advent colic bottles. They come in a pack of four they have a good flow rate no leakage, easy to clean and my baby eats well with it. He just turned 3 months old it is now finally moving to size 2 nipple, the back of one nipples that we bought served as well and I would recommend them

Easy to clean and Durable material
My son grew out of the original size 2 nipples so we needed a bigger size to match his age range. These work perfect and provide great flow for him without worrying about him drinking it too fast or choking on so much liquid. They are easy to clean and sterilize.

What can I say? I ordered a four pack of nipples. I received a four pack of nipples. They are definitely nipply. I believe these nipples will nipple for quite some time. They seem to be a quality nipple. I guess I will find out if my dog chews all of these nipples as he did the last nipples. If that’s the case I will definitely be ordering some more of these nippling nipples because they definitely do nipple.

Love Avent. Disappointed with Flow 4 leakage.
Love Avent. I’ve used both Natural and AntiColic nipple tops on the Avent bottles. I prefer Natural but it is burdensome to always have to line up the vent on the nipple with the dimple on the plastic top. So we got these. Bonus : the anticolic nipple tops also fit into the plastic tops on Avent supply cups (which are cute but don’t have measurement lines).These tops were great, packaged well (you’ll never see these returned and repackaged). We bought 2 packages of 2 of Flow 4 and the only thing that has been disappointing is that all Flow 4 leak continuously. See video.
